Today, Thursday 18th July, we celebrate the Ladies Gaelic Football Association’s 50th anniversary, marking a significant milestone in the promotion and development of women's Gaelic football in Ireland.

Founded in 1974, the LGFA has grown exponentially. Mattock Rangers Ladies would like to thank their players, mentors, and members, from over the years, for their dedication, passion and invaluable contributions to the development of our club, embodying the spirit of community and commitment that has helped drive the LGFA's growth over the past five decades ❤️🖤
