Katie Vaughey is a part of our Senior Camogie team, and she is currently in her final year of Primary Teaching in Maynooth University. As part of a module she is studying, she will be travelling to Kolkata in June for 5 weeks. During her time there, she will be teaching children connected to street slum communities.

She has to hold a fundraiser to raise much needed funds. She will run a Coffee Morning on the 15th of April in the Clubhouse from 10am-2pm.

Since this work is entirely voluntary, the money raised will be used to send Katie to the classrooms of Kolkata.

It's a wonderful cause.
